John opened Nirvana in 1990 after a trip to America. While there, he went to see the few shops such as Gauntlet in New york and LA. In Nirvana, as well as concentrating on piercing, we offer a large selection of jewellery. We also provide a sourcing service for jewellery that is hard to obtain. John has been piercing for 16 years and Christine for 10 years. We have also taken on a second apprentice Marc, who has been in the shop since October 2005. We offer over 30 piercings both traditional and more experimental surface piercings. we also hope to introduce dermal implants in the next 3 months. We try to offer both a friendly shop environment with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent hygiene standards.
